As of March 2017, all admissions decisions for the high school graduating class of 2017 have been released by Texas A&M University.
Here are some of the numbers:
Over 42,000 applications received
27,000 of those applications were not Top 10% or Automatic Admits, so they were holistically scored
Over 19,800 students were offered full admissions, 47%
Of those holistically reviewed, 3,800 students were offered admission, 14%
Other programs offered:
Aggie Gateway to Success (summer program)-2%
BLINN Team- 8.8%
Engineering Academy at Blinn- 3.1%
Engineering Academy at Galveston- 4.4%
PSA (Program for System Admission)- 38.8%
